The dish is hallmarked with the English Lion Passant for sterling silver, the crown for the city of Sheffield, and the date mark "c" representing 1895. This piece is also marked with the maker's mark for James Dixon & Sons. This long dish is in excellent condition the pattern and pierce-work are crisp and clean.
